GENERAL INFORMATION
Seats on the bus will be reserved in the order that the folks organizing the trip receive payment. ?We have
to do it this way because we need to make sure that we have enough money to pay for the charter. ?(If you
are interested in going on the trip, we suggest you send us the payment ASAP.) ?
The tentative plan is to depart from Iowa City (Wal-Mart parking lot on highway 1) at 11am on Friday, March
16th. ?We plan on departing Washington DC at 9pm on Saturday, March 17, arriving at the Iowa City Wal-
Mart sometime in the afternoon/evening on Sunday, March 18.
-We will sleep on the bus Friday and Saturday night.
-Riders are responsible for providing/paying for their own food and drink. ?We will stop every few hours
while on the road.
-There is a restroom at the back of the bus.
-We will likely show several films during the trip. ?Sound is broadcast throughout the bus.
-Alcohol is allowed on the charter. ??Smoking is not.

-While we will try our best to put out the word for this trip, there is always a possibility that we will not be
able to raise enough funds for the trip, and will not be able to go. ?In this event, payments and donations
will be returned.
