Gerson, AFSC program director in New England, has been working on nuclear issues for many years and works regularly with the Hibakusha of Japan. His work is current and explores the tensions between the US and Iran. ?Kate Hudson of the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament describes Gerson as combining ?the rigor of a scholar and the heart of a lifelong activist.?
