The Iowa City Human Rights Commission

    as part of their film series is showing a free public screening of Crimes of
    Hate. The film explores the thinking of perpetrators of bias crimes, the
    anguish of the victims, and the strategies of law enforcement officials,
    community organizations, and individuals to address these crimes.  The
    screening is Wednesday, October 25 at 7 p.m. in Meeting Room A of the Iowa
    City Public Library.  Chief of Police, Sam Hargadine and members of HARRT
    (Hate Acts Rapid Response Team) will serve on the panel following the film.
